According to Deepak Chopra, “the common ground of existence that ultimately differentiates into space, time, energy, information and matter. Consciousness is responsible for our thoughts, emotions and feelings, behavior and personal relationships.”

Consciousness expresses itself through the brain and is an essential element for being present in the Universe. It is well known that stress during pregnancy can affect the pregnancy by causing high levels of cortisol to cross the placenta. 

​

It becomes important for healthcare providers to determine how a pregnant woman is dealing with her stress during pregnancy which can be improved with a conscious pregnancy.

​

Soulful  Pregnancy™ will assist women before and during pregnancy to manage their stress with learning how the vagus nerve works and how breathwork recommendations can possibly help to decrease stress.

AN INDIVIDUAL APPROACH

Soulful Pregnancy™ will work individually with each pregnant mom who wants to take part in the research to assess her biofield and educate her on specific techniques to improve her biofield. Soulful Pregnancy’s™ research will also look at IUGR (small) babies to see how our educational program can aid these babies to grow better in utero.

 

Specific tests (biomarkers) and questionnaires will be used to assess each pregnant woman’s status for a pregnancy with the least amount of stress.
