COURSE

HEART BRAIN
COHERENCE

Research in the past several years has shown that there is a strong connection between the heart and brain. Thought leaders like Gregg Braden has presented research

showing “there are approximately 40,000 special cells in the heart that are similar to brain cells but are not brain cells. They are called sensory neurite cells and will be important when we perform meditation during pregnancy.”

DISTANCE
HEALING

Soulful Pregnancy™ will work individually and in groups to share the “how” and “why” of Distance Healing which includes Power of Intention (POI) (Dr. Lynn McTaggart’s work) and Coherence Healing.

 

This remarkable exercise has been linked to improvement of some of the most difficult situations. It is a form of meditation and is highly recommended to help with the visualization and energy connection with each other.

STRESS-RESPONSE SUPPORT

Daily stress is one of the most common causes of chronic illness and anxiety and can be decreased with meditation, training the Vagus Nerve, and changing our thoughts and emotions.
 
Cortisol is the hormone that increases with stress exposure and is able to cross the placenta. This affects the “stress response” between mom and baby and Soulful Pregnancy will educate moms on how to decrease their stress response and calm the vagus nerve with a specific approach.

We are looking for pregnant women and moms-to-be to join our studies. Participants benefit from additional knowledge and data found in the research studies as well as FREE monitors and equipment that can help monitor their pregnancy.
